Jeremy Austin of Havre de Grace wins the Grand Prize!


Throughout the run of our production of RENT, Tidewater Players held raffles to raise money for Moveable Feast. Moveable Feast is a 501(c) (3) charitable nutritional support organization that prepares and delivers meals and groceries at no charge to people and their families throughout greater Baltimore and Maryland’s Eastern Shore who are in need and living with HIV/AIDS and other life-challenging conditions. We were so thrilled to raise a total of $1600.00 and present the check to their Director of Development, Ted Blankenship. Havre de Grace Mayor Wayne Dougherty was on hand as well to draw the winner of the Grand Prize. Congratulations to Jeremy Austin of Havre de Grace, who took home the big basket of RENT memorabilia, NYC bus tickets, and a gift certificate to Bill Bateman’s.
